The customer was using a completely manual process for deriving the price, extracting associated pricing rules setting up pricing within Salesforce.
Given the manual nature of process, this exercise was not only time consuming but also error prone since it involved dealing with pricing for e than 150+ individual products and their combinations.
Our Solution
We implemented an automated process for extracting pricing information and generating pricing and pricing rules to be setup in Salesforce CPQ.
Our understanding of customers product offering, knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and automation of the end-to-end process helped all reduce wait time from 2 months to 3 weeks with a very degree of accuracy.
