Customer uses Salesforce Dealer Management Platform. They have a rich portfolio of product\service offerings.

Challenges
The customer has implemented a Dealer Management System based on top of the Salesforce platform. They had challenges for the post implementation support and maintenance, complex integrations with their other operational systems.

It was difficult for them to find a right fit partner who understands their DMS process and has deep expertise in complex Salesforce projects.

Our Solution
We assisted them with the formulation of the right set of team to execute the required support on the DMS.

In few weeks, we formed a project team who works in tandem with their internal IT team to help them achieve deep integrations while using LWC and worked with them on complex applications.

We significantly reduced the time required for yearly price revision and improved process accuracy

Customer is a not for profit organization helping students in improving their performance and in turn availing career opportunities by assisting them through their school and college journeys.

Customer uses Salesforce CPQ for nurturing and closing opportunities. They have a rich portfolio of product\service offerings. Product pricing undergoes revision every year.

Challenges
The customer was using a completely manual process for deriving the price, extracting associated pricing rules setting up pricing within Salesforce.

Given the manual nature of process, this exercise was not only time consuming but also error prone since it involved dealing with pricing for e than 150+ individual products and their combinations.

Our Solution
We implemented an automated process for extracting pricing information and generating pricing and pricing rules to be setup in Salesforce CPQ.

Our understanding of customers product offering, knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and automation of the end-to-end process helped all reduce wait time from 2 months to 3 weeks with a very degree of accuracy.
